🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy


At Crypto Queue, every product is made to order—just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or misprinted.

✅ Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is clearly defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to thequeue@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

Once reviewed, we’ll either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.

🚫 No Returns for Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Because all items are print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues, color preferences, or changes of mind. Please double-check our size chart before ordering.

📦 Return Instructions (if applicable)

If your return is approved for a damaged item, we’ll provide instructions on how to return it (if needed). Most replacements won't require a physical return.
